Replacements for Damaged Non‑Embellished Prints (Within 7 Days of Receipt)

We know from experience how disappointing it can be if something arrives damaged and if your non‑embellished print happens to be damaged during shipping, we are happy to send a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• The date the package was received
• A photo of the damaged shipping tube
• A photo of the damaged print

Once we receive all of the above information and confirm the damage, a replacement print will be shipped to you right away.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Embellished Prints

All embellished prints are final sale.

Due to the highly customized, handcrafted nature of these pieces, we cannot offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Each embellished print is created through a detailed process that can take anywhere from 5 to 51 hours to complete. Because of this time investment—and because every embellished piece is unique and cannot be replicated—these items are considered irreplaceable.

We use high‑quality shipping tubes and clearly mark all packages as Fragile to help ensure they arrive safely. While we do our best to minimize risk during shipping, we cannot provide replacements or refunds for embellished prints.
